We also recommend discussing a maintenance program for your bike with suggested intervals for regular service.

Service Overview
- Free 30-day checkup with the purchase of a new bike
- We stand by our work, if you are unsatisfied with the result of any service agreed upon, we will take a second look free of charge within 48 hours of pick up
- Equipment for service must be picked up within 2 weeks of completion, after which we will charge a $50 per month storage fee
- If we assess the cost of required repairs exceed the value of the bike, we require a 50% deposit
- Grip and/or Pedal Installation Free with Any Tune-Up
- For E-Bike Electronics, we are only equipped to service Bosch, Trek, Aventon and Specialized
- Bench rate $100/hr

- Clean tire and rim, identify cause of puncture

Tubeless Recharge
- Inject fresh sealant through the valve
- Tire stays on the wheel

Tubeless Setup
- Install tire, rim tape, and fresh sealant
- Requires tubeless ready rim and tire

Level 0 Safety Check (20 Minutes)

- Includes all services from the Level 1 Tune-Up
- Installation of eligible replacement parts (e.g. brake pads, chain, cassette, tires)
- Ultrasonic cleaning of drivetrain parts
- Replacement of shift/brake cables and housing
- Update firmware for Di2 or AXS drivetrains
- Labor: $225 (plus parts)
Level 3 Tune-Up (180 Minutes)
- Includes all services from the Level 2 Tune-Up
- Complete disassembly and cleaning of the bike
- Detailed inspection of bare frame
- Replace all worn or corroded bearings and components
- Labor: $335 (plus parts)
Level 1 E-Bike Tune Up (60 Minutes)
- Cleaning and lubrication of all components
- True wheels
- Adjust shifting and brakes
- Diagnostic reports and firmware updates where applicable
- Labor: $130
Level 2 E-Bike Tune Up (120 Minutes)
- Includes all services from the Level 1 E-Bike Tune-Up
